I am an employee at Florida technical college. First, this company does not care anything about their employees unless your a manager. If your a manager then you are treated like gold! They come in when they feel like it and leave when they want. Receptionists and the admissions representatives are required to lie for the directors when they call checking up on each campuses progress of enrollment and any other drama going on. Talking to tony Wallace you better have your guard up otherwise hell destroy you thn you would get chewed out by the director!! I've personally only called in 5 times in 3 years and got the third degree each time to make sure I am really sick. The worst of this whole thing is that if you have sexual relations with a manager than your up a sh* creek.. The power is shifted to the managers so they think but the manager can be and will be fired. Right after Dave Ruggieri gets replaced. All of the directors are sorry excuses for the dead. Deland is a joke. Pembroke pines is too new to start any problems. Kissimmee Lakeland an Orlando are the worst though. Don't expect any apologies or respect because they will walk all over you which is sad!

ARE YOU INSANE? Protect someone's identity. There's no such thing with you or any one else in FTC! Everyone doesn't know how to keep their mouth shut. Rumors fly easily at the campuses for no reason which is pathetic. There are alot of drama and problems going on at each campus. Personally from traveling to each campuses Lakeland is the most for gone.

Sexual Harrasment and Having Sex with coworkers isnt a good idea

I feel for ya and I can understand that having sex with coworkers isn't a great idea. Managers will replace you and suspended the supervisor. Things don't get bad unless the manager is married because than a legal mess is slapped onto the work situation.

You have to have guts in order to get respect from anyone.

Sexual politics is when a woman uses her body or looks to influence her boss and get promoted or raises whenever she wants.

Sexual harassment is what she screams when he says no.

If you file an allegation with your county, the police will investigate. Just make sure you have all of your evidence and some witnesses wouldn't hurt either to back up your story. All of the directors will try to reason with you and beg you not to file allegations to save their own skin but do what you think is right.

If your pregnant, there are many resources for you to get some help.
