An Employee of this credit union (Ann Swift) contacted the veterans administration voluntarily and gave them our personal information due to a personality conflict. In addition froze our account without a valid reason. WE had a autoloan with them and had proper car insurance however they charged us for 2 types of auto insurance and tacked the fee onto the car payment without notifying us or asking us for proof of insurance.

When we provided proof of insurance to them numerous times yet they refused to stop overcharging us. This same employee contacted first union bank (ms. wheeler) when we changed banks and gave her personal information pertaining to us. We notified the CEO of Florida telco and never got a response. It took a US Congresswoman to force the veterans administration to admit she had infact contacted them on her own.

It is our understanding that the individual from the va she contacted was fired.(marian in guardianship). It took an act of congress to force her to release our funds.

This year we had to have our attorney make them release my wifes child support money they took illigally from out acct. We gave them a lump pmt of $4000.00 towards this car they counted it as one pmt. even though the pmt was paid by auto debit. They let the interest ride for an entire year to build the principal back up and never sent us any notices that this payment was applied as 1 payment.

This is a state credit union and I was advised to file a complaint in the state of florida.
