floridashuttletransportation.com Florida Shuttle Transportation took money, did not deliver service orlando, Florida
I made a reservation on www.floridashuttletransportation.com, Sat Feb 11, 2012 for service from Ft.Lauderdale to Vero beach. The website stated that the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 6pm. On Sat Feb 18, 2012 i called to confirm my reservation that morning and the manager stated that the shuttle was on time, and there were no delays. I recieve a phone call at 5pm Sat FEB 18, stating that there is no shuttle operating to Vero Beach. As a result, I was stranded in Ft. Lauderdale, and this company knowingly took money without providing a service. Below is a copy of the reservation emailed to myself:

Florida Shuttle Transportation ( FST) did a full refund on first business day Monday February 20th of 2012 of $103.00 REFUND INFORMATION: 4189510376 Res 3649, Refund 20-Feb-2012 07:47:40, harrold, jonathan M XXXX5667 USD (103.00) for roundtrip Mr. Jonathan Harrold!
FST at any time did it act fraudulently as Mr. Harrold expressed in his letter! We are a professional Company and will always try to find the best solution suitable to bring our valued customers satisfied to their destination! This is what was intended to do with Mr. Jonathan Harrold and offered him to compensate him for a rental car! He refused to accept this and what was left for us to do was to automatically refund him the money (next business day) as we did!
Sometimes transportation companies are not able to provide services due to different circumstances that are unexpected and out of our hands! Regardless of our circumstances we try always to find a way to compensate for the inconvenience caused!
