I placed an order and paid 20$ for shipping to make sure my girlfriend got flowers for our third anniversary. After calling twice and writing them an email, I called her at 10P.M. her time and asked if she got anything delivered today. She said no and I was ver dissapointed because I was unable to see her for our anniversary. The next morning they contact me by email and tell me they can have the flowers out either by Wednesday or Thursday, our anniversary was Monday. Well since she is leaving town Thursday morning I saw no reason to pay for $100 dollar flowers she would enjoy for a night. After trying to convince me to send it to a new address or a differnt day they reluctantly and rudely offered a full refund 7 days after the order was cancelled. So she could not get flowers the day of, or even the day after our anniversary EVEN THOUGH i paid $20 just for delivery...

DON'T BUY

Also, Proflowers.com has been used on anther occasion by me and my girlfriend for her sick mom. The flowers and delivery cost $60 and the flowers her mother got were probably worth $5. Just contact a florist or grocery store directly if you want good service and good flowers.
