Do not use this service.

My Mom ordered a floral arrangement as a surprise for my birthday and paid an extra fee to ensure next day delivery. The flowers did not arrive.

My Mom called the next morning and was informed that FloristExpress "could not find" a local vendor to deliver the flowers in time. FloristExpress offered to waive the expedite fee and to upgrade the arrangement for delivery the following day.

The flowers did not arrive the following day either.

My Mom then requested a refund, but this is beyond monetary remuneration. To fail to deliver on the first day is bad; to fail to deliver on the second day is inexcusable.

I understand that FloristExpress relies upon local vendors to ensure nationwide delivery. It is my hope that they will seriously reconsider using the local vendor responsible in this case.  However, based upon the other reviews seen here, it appears that my experience with a failed delivery is not an isolated incident.

Save yourself time and potential heartache -- shop elsewhere.
