I worked at the Flour Garden BAkery in Auburn CA for about a month.

During my short time with the company, I was forced to set rat traps, Try to plug up the holes in the walls that the rats had made, and rewrap day old food that had been broken into by rats the night before, to sell as 2nd day old for 50% off.

I was then accused of stealing over a thousand dollars, and fired.

The day i started working at the bakery i was told there was a problem with theft. So it obviously was a prior problem.

Even after being the only employee out of 4 that had her car searched, as well as my purse & jacket by the police, who didnt arrest me because i didnt take any money, I was fired for "suspected theft".

I filed for unemployment, which the FLour Garden disputed, resulting in another investigation. I was granted the claim based on the fact that the government felt i didnt steal the money.

But still to this day, they call me a thief.

In california it is only legal to tell a potential employer calling for a reference check weather or not the individual worked for the company, the dates of employment, and wage.

However ive had two potential employers tell me that they were told i was fired for stealing over a thousand dollars.

If anyone knows of a lawyer that would help me sue this company, please email me x2mny23@hotmail.com
