Complaint Review: Flow Volkswagen

 Unbelievable! You pay cash for a brand new car and it is a total piece of S**T! Problems from the get go. Vibration-3,000 Miles--In THREE times for same problem--Told new tires were installed-- Asked to see receipt and they could not FIND it! Seal on driver side door BAD!--20,000 FREE CARE FREE MAINTENANCE service? They called me and wanted to do a $120.00 allignment and a $150.00 fuel injector clean. OK, they told me that they just aligned  @ 18,000 again trying to find this vibration. I then called another service center that I have trusted for years and was told that the fuel clean didn't need to be done until 45-50K--ONCE AGAIN THEY LIED! This lemon has a 3 year 36K warranty. I have had the car less than 2.5 years but because I drive 75 miles a day I am over the 36K mles. MOST RECENTLY! During the 40k service, while inspecting the spare they found a SMALL problem---IT WAS UNDER WATER!!! A call to FLOW VOLKSWAGEN produced a response of sorry its over the milage. Turns out a drain was bad. THIS WAS ONLY ANOTHER $400.00. I could go on and on. THE CAR IS JUNK! Oh I forgot this. These BOZOS MAILED MY TAG TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WHEN I WENT TO INQUIRE AT THE DEALERSHIP,AS I AM DRIVING WITH AN EXPIRED 30-DAY TAG, THERE RESPONSE WAS---ITS NO BIG DEAL...WOW--I GUESS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BUY A CAR WITH GERMAN ENGINEERING THAT IS MADE IN MEXICO! STAY AWAY FROM VW AND FLOW MOTORS.
