I needed to order some flowers and Flower Delivery Express came up first on Google. They offered $30 discount and reasonable prices, so that seemed good. I forgot to check Rip Off Report before ordering and I SHOULD HAVE. After going to their internet site, I was offered a whopping $40 discount. The flowers were classed as "good, better and best" with no further description than that. Not quantity or length of rose stem - nothing. When my charge was processed a very complicated invoice appeared where my discount was applied, but the services charges - free delivery NOT as promised, a service rate charge, processing - anyway, the total with my discount was $114! It was supposed to be for $68, all included. After reading other reports, I guess I was lucky any flowers were delivered at all. AVOID! Contact a local florist directly - always.
