I had two unacceptable issues with my order. Most glaring, I ordered the "Because You're Special Bouquet" which is composed primarily of orange Gerbera daisies (my girlfriend’s favorite flower). Instead, she received a bouquet of red and pink roses. Not even close! Secondly, these flowers were scheduled for delivery on Valentine's Day but were instead delivered two days early. The card I sent contained sensitive information in the message that she was not supposed to see until Valentine's Day. The early delivery completely ruined the romantic gesture I had planned.

For a $90 investment, I did not get anything near an acceptable return. Oh, and to top it off, when I went to their site to leave a review, I clicked one star. However, the site automatically calls it "Two Stars" and does not even allow a one star review! Calling this disingenuous would be kind! FURTHER, after I left my review, it magically disappeared! There is no “see more reviews” button on their site. Instead, they proudly display the good reviews and do not even allow customers visibility to the poor ones.
