Complaint Review: Flower Delivery Express

Ordered flowers from flowerdeliveryexpress.com for our daughter after she had surgery. Found out 3 days later that she never recived her flowers. Called the company back. They appologized and so we asked them to now delover the flowers 2 weeks  later when she was having another surgery. AGAIN, she never received the flowers. Called flowerdeliveryexress.com and asked for a manager. The manager again appologized and said he would handle the delivery, would give us a $10 refund plus 2-$50 coupons for future use. We asked to add a card/note to the order, and he said to please hurry, as he had the local florist on the line. We contacted our daughter today, and AGAIN, she never received her flowers. We called and demanded a full refund. This company is a terrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH   flowerdeliveryexpress.com!
