Complaint Review: Flower delivery express

Flower delivery express I placed an order to be delivered on May 13 for a friends grand opening , on May 15 they still hadn't been arranged or delivered .. I asked for my money back as they did not have the fllowers I ordered and they said no Commerce Township, Michigan 48390

I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 13 .. They were not delivered and I was billed . i tried calling and emailing for two days and on may 15 the flowers still were not delivered and I finally got through to a person . This person told me they did not have the flowers I requested in stock and could not deliver them.. They did not try to contact me !! And they charged me for these flowers ! 

I requested my money back and was told that I could not have my money back and I would have to pay a 30% charge for shipping and handling ( nothing was shipped ) or pay a higher cancellation fee !! 

This is a very poor way to do business , I believe they never had any intention of delivering my flowers and intended on keeping my money. 

Do not use this company
