Complaint Review: Flower Delivery Express

Express Flower Delivery....don't expect to get your order in the time they say it will happen because it's all false advertising. I will never order anything ever again from this company. How do you mess up a flower order. I can totally understand if it was Valentines Day, Christmas, but it's just a regular day. So if you can't delivery flower in a timely manner on a regular day. Then I am afraid to see how things will be for the days people really order flowers. If you want to make sure u get what you expect don't order from this online service. I am waiting for them to return my money back and if they don't I will be back on here to report that they are a rip off scam company. The way the whole process went felt like a scam when I called back to check on things they seem out of order and left me on hold and never returned and when I tried to call back they never picked up. Order at your own risk.
