Complaint Review: Flower Delivery Express

Stay away from Flower Delivery Express! This company is scamming people. They never deliver the flowers and they refuse to give me a refund. It took the entire morning to get someone live on the phone. She claimed to be a supervisor, she was rude to me, never apologized for their mistake, would place me on hold when she didn't want to listen to me and finally hung up the phone on me after she had offered a partial refund (never issued it). I ordered flowers for a funeral, I even paid rush delivery to find out hours laters that they "were having problems with the delivery". I replied to their email as soon as I received it to never hear from them again. The supervisor created lies, she claimed they called me (NEVER HAPPENED), and she also lied about the time they sent me the email. Basically, they are taking orders and they don't care if they go through with them or not, because they want to keep their so called "process charge and another service charge" anyway. She told me it's their policy, that it's stated right on their website even if the flowers never get delivered. In the end, I failed my friend's funeral, I got aggravated, disrespected and I am out much needed fiftyseven dollars.
