I order one basket of flower with one medium box of chocolate and one Chrismas card. on 2:23 pm Westran time. I was assisted byt the agent to make an express delivery and should be delivered to the receipient by 3:30 pm WT. Even though they confirmed with me I called them back at 3:45 and confrimed with me that the shipment is on deleivery very soon and they were makign a call to confirm with the recipent.
