Complaint Review: Flower Mound Emergency Pet Clinic

We have these places to help our fur babies when in need, they are supposed to be compassionate and caring, and not lie to you. Well i was lied to by this place. I was told he has no fever, he isn't in pain, his stomach is swollen but we can do an x-ray and see. So I said ok. Well get a call said they didn't see anything and that they were going to give him a shot and be on our way. Ok they bring him out to me and we leave. Well later in the day he breathing gets labored like he can't catch his breath, so i called them then the one answering the phone said " well the dr is leaning towards congestive heart failure, so just bring him in snd we will put him down for you,," ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??!! I asked her if that's the case why did the dr tell me it was his stomach?? Not the heart??! Then she said " I know the dr told you about it" I i asked her " dies it sound like she told me?!" She then said " well since you can't afford us just bring him in and we will put him down for you".

By now I'm hysterical and she kept repeating herself about putting him down. And since " you can't afford us that's your only option " Seriously lady?? First im lied to by the dr and now your telling me my only choice is to bring him back to you to so you can take him from me?? NO NO NO !! , You said and charged me for a shot you gave him well since you lied about nothing being wrong with him did you actually treat him or is that another lie since I couldn't go with him? And is it normal practice to teach your staff to keep information from us? Because all you al seem to care about is the money from my point of view and once you found out I didn't have much and that I couldn't get approved for that care credit or scratch pay you assumed or was ok to lie?

All I can say is SHAME ON YOU!! and I really hope you don't think you're better than me or anyone that comes through your doors because you're not. You may have a fancy title and more money but no better. Please people think twice about taking your pet here unless you like being lied to!. **** Now they are calling me confused as to who I talked to, saying they never told me the cold comments. Well they did and I have witnesses to the fact.-*****
