Ordered flowers for a Christmas Gift. Company offered discount on arrangements.   The item cost was $29.99 - the service fees totaled $38.76!   Outrageous!  Fees were added to total after I submitted my purchase to be charged. Had I known what the charges were before I hit "purchase" I would have never gone thru with the transaction. 

Called to cancel 4 times, emailed customer service twice...always put on hold for a long time or transferred to another number that never picked up.  An agent did call me, left a message on my voice machine. I called back and complained to individual who answered, who said she would forward me to her supervisor....call was disconnected.  I have received no other contact from the company.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card but have to wait. AMEX is great for assisting in this type fraud, so I am glad I used that credit card.

Stay away from this company!!  Fraud...  Scam...
