we ordered the floral arrangement Amazing Grace with an upgrade to 'better' for a dear friends Wake. not only did the floral arrangment that was sent look nothing like the picture on the website. it was literally the smallest bouquet of over 30. we have never seen anything so small. even the tiny bouquet for the inside of the coffin was bigger than what we ordered. my husband and I were completely humiliated. we contacted flowerdeliveryexpress and got no satisfaction. what a disgrace
