Complaint Review: Flowers by Amy

 This company appears to have scammed many others, but i am posting as the same scenario happened to me on June 29,2014, so they are up and running their game. Website says  family owned and operated flower store located in Orange County, CA  and We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect. We are committed to providing the best possible service, products, and speedy delivery.   

Website takes your order gives confirmation # (mine was 115779), charges your card and never delivers the flowers. When you discover this and call you get the same voicemail that says all their representatives are busy assisting other customers, so please leave a message. Then at the beep the recording advises the mailbox is full and cannot take any messages.  Now I see numerous reports of this.. It didnt occur to me to check out a local florist before using.. My Bad, but beware they appear to have been running this scam for quite sometime now.
