This incompetent bunch of idiots could not deliver flowers on time to an address a few blocks away even with a 4 day head start. On the day of delivery, Valentine's Day, they took the phone off the hook and no one ever answered. When I finally got through, a very rude employee said they would get there when they got there. No apoligies....no offer of a refund! Avoid these idiots like the plague.
