Complaint Review: flowers-to-russia.com

     I contacted this online florist a couple of weeks in advance to my girlfriend's birthday, because it was a special occasion. I wanted to make sure that received flowers on time and that the experience was perfect. Well... it wasn't.

     The company delivered the flowers without a note I had specifically asked them to deliver with the roses, as the amount of roses I purchased had a special meaning. They did not even tell my girlfriend who the flowers were from.

     I communicated with them upset about this. They said they could make a redelivery (???); the note and three (free) roses, and they would do this as a "present" to me. They noticed I was very upset and so they offered to deliver 7 flowers with the note.

     I told them they had only until x day to make that delivery. They delivered it one day past the x day I had given them, when my girlfriend wasn't home. They ended up leaving the delivery note with someone else, the note was not inside an envolope, simply for anyone to read, and they send me an email letting me know that they were proud to tell me they had "accomplished" the delivery.

     A specific birthday is a once in a life time opportunity. Needless to say, not only was it not perfect, but they completely ruined it. I think it's only fair that I let other people know about this company. It was a $190 mistake I made. And I don't wish anyone else to go through it.
