Complaint Review: Flowers to Tokyo

I orderd flowers for my husbands birthday. A bouquet with 12 red roses and some other flowers. I paid extra 40usd for a same day delivery. I got no confirmation email and I called them to confirm. First they didn’t want to deliver same day but said they would deliver day after and add a Teddy bear(?!) I said as long as the red roses are there they can make changes and replace what flowers they were missing with others. The bouquet showed up with two roses and like 3 pink carnations. In total I paid 130USD for this. It completely ruined this special occasion for me. Please do not use this company whatever you do. I can see yet have other reports here too.
