I ordered some flowers for Christmas and had some problems and they gave me a $20 coupon, which I thought was nice.
 
 About a week later I ordered some other flowers and applied the credit.  I then needed to change something so I called their "customer service."  The woman barely spoke any English (every time I've had to call in, it's the same thing).
 
It should have taken 15 minutes but it took 50 minutes because I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me.  After it was over, I had a sinking feeling she still didn't get it right so I contacted them thru DM on Twitter.
 
 After wasting another 30 minutes or so, my suspicion was proven right:  It was screwed up even more.  So, I went back and forth and got a refund.  I asked for that $20 credit for the Christmas order and was told no.  That makes zero sense.  THEY messed up the new order so why should I lose that $20 credit?
 
I also asked for some type of credit for their recent screw-up that wasted over an hour of my time and was told no.
 
So, they took back the $20 credit from their Christmas order screw-up AND refused to give me any credit for their MASSIVE screw-up on the second order.
