Complaint Review: FLRC LLC;

FLRC, LLC; Harvest Moon Road Trust #7910. Scammed out of $29,000 for only $450.00. Naive enough to think all I would get was $450.00 for property in Oklahoma City sold for back taxes. It would be worth my time ,i.e. $450.00 worth, to sign quit claim deed & would make it easier for new owners to take possession of property. Article in Chicago, Illinois: FLRC

The quit claim deed stated “in consideration of the sum of Five thousand & No/100 ($450.00) … do quit claim … unto Harvest Moon Road Trust #7910, 3171 S. 129th E. Avenue, Ste. 1108, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74134” said property.  The signed the quit claim deed was sent to Bill David, Midwest Title, 3171 S 129th E Ave, Suite 1108, Tulsa, OK 74139.  Chect sent was from: FLRC, LLC Midwest, 130851020 – 7910 Harvest Moon Rd OKLA County

I checked the Internet and found two articles one from in the Post-Tribune dated February 2, 2016 that FLRC, LLC is referred to as a “BOUNTY HUNTERS.”, and the other one from the IndyStar also dated February 2, 2016, that also showed a pattern of scamming people and that is there standard operating procedure.

I wrote (and included the two articles) to the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma informing them that FLRC LLC was operating a scam, and that this was not an isolated case.
