I have seen the other Ripoff reports against this company and my story is the same. They have changed their name now and the location of their website.
They know refer to themselves as "Customers," obviously to avoid prospects from discovering what a bad product they have before purchasing it.
I was verbally assured 10 qualified leads a day from my "customized campaign", I received 7 unqualified leads over the course of 3 months and paid dearly for them.
I completed an extensive questionaire to supply them the information they needed to build my landing page. They said it would take 3 weeks, it took 6. When it was delivered I was disappointed, they used none of the info I supplied and I did not find the landing page interesting or effective. They assured me they knew better.
There were plenty of clicks on the Google Ads they set up for me and I was paying $2-3 dollars for each of those clicks but as I thought from the beginning, the landing page did not capture anyone's interest enough to contact me.

I am an ex-employee of Fluent USA responsible for selling 'Customer AQ' - a lead generation, customer acquisition program.
It it frustrating to see so many customers file negative reports on this website and read Mike Miller's complete b.s. response to one of them. For those that don't know, Mike Miller and brother Greg Miller were the owner/operator's of Fluent USA. From what I understand they closed Fluent's doors a few months ago and opened back up under a new name in a new location in south Florida. They continue to sell customer acquisition/advertising products.
I have witnessed first hand Mike Miller's disgraceful treatment of clients who had paid over $13 000 for nothing but a glorified landing page. I have also witnessed first hand his equally disgraceful treatment of employees.
Even if his response above is correct, and the complaint was made from a so-called 'competitor', Mike, you can't ignore the many other complaints here on this website from 'legitimate' customers. I know they are legitimate because two of them I sold to personally!
Oh, and Mike, I witnessed multiple clients on a daily basis contacting the company livid with what they had received and even more angry that they had been tricked in to believing the product was much more than a simple landing page.
My advice is to steer well clear of both Mike and Greg Miller. There so called 'Proprietary Technology' which manipulates Google to dramatically increase the amount of qualified customers contacting the client is complete B.S. Once you pay your money, they don't want to know you. If you do try and contact them your complaints and requests for a refund will fall on deaf ears.

At Fluent we work very hard for our clients. Our work, and the results we produce for our clients speak for itself.
Unfortunately some people stoop to the lowest levels to gain some unfair competitive advantage. This is an example of just that. Unfortunately in this unregulated space, anyone can post anything, about anyone.
