Fly Free Travel, Ideal Financial Solutions Took money before time and won't send material promised Ripoff St. George Utah
I have been dealing with these companies for about a month and a half now. I get a call saying that I I had won a $1,000 online shopping spree and FREE plane tickets to anywhere(for a nominal fee of course) and a financial service(for a nominal fee of course). The last two coming with a free trial then they would charge my account. Well before either free trial was up and before I got any info at all the money was taken out of my account. So I get the info and I call to tell them Fly Free(1-800-748-9025) directs me to call another number(1-800-625-9305) where they pretty much tell me my trial was up take the tickets and be happy my vouchers will be coming in 7-10 days. And of course have not gotten anything and when I called them again a few minutes ago they say they'll put a RUSH on it. Ideal Financial Solutions was called because they took the money about five days into the free trial and of course I got the info about two days after the free trial I'm told that after I receive my CD(which I still have not gotten two weeks later) and I try it if I don't want it they will enroll me(now) for a money back guarantee. I tell them no htat if it's real then it should be a given that I should get my money back that they are not enrolling me in anything else tha thas to do with them. Now remember that I said I have not gotten the CD that they say came with my service yet. So I call them back(about an hour ago and I actually get the same person I spoke to two weeks ago) and he tells me that since I'm calling that they will put a RUSH on sending me my CD and he still wants to ENROLL me in the MONEY BACK guarantee, even though eh himself says that it really is automatic.
I have filed the paperwork with my back to get my money back. Don't know if it will work but I'm trying.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The company you are referring to is RTS Group, which was using a name that is very similar to ours...

We are a sixteen-year-old company called Ideal Financial Solutions, Inc., and we have never billed you for any of our services. We are one of the largest online financial companies in the country, and we have hundreds of thousands of very happy clients. In fact, it was one of our clients who contacted us and told us about this report.
RTS Group did use the names Ideal Financial Solutions and Ideal Financial Services, but as soon as we discovered this, we forced them to stop using our name. One of the problems with marketing on the Internet is that it is easy for dishonest companies to use similar names of reputable companies. Then inaccurate reports like this get written, and, like you, we become one of their victims. We wish there was something that could be done to stop this type of dishonest behavior, but unfortunately, until there are better regulations of the Internet, this may be an ongoing problem.
