One day I decided to purchase a ringone on this website Flycell.com. Not only did I not get what i wanted, 1 month later I recieve a $10.00 charge taken from my cell phone account for recieving "free daily horoscopes and jokes I did not ask for.

I did'nt understand so I looked on the web site to unsubscribe. Not only did I sent a angry e-mail and unsubsribed to thier services I also follwed the instructions from flycell to also do so on the cell phone.

Well even though I was getting comfirmations that I no longer had the service, 3 days after I stopped the service, I get another $10.00 charge. Financally this is very difficult because I have a pre-paid service. I tried to find mabe a 1-800 number or an address for this company but no success. I really want to start a lawsuit with these people because it is sooo wrong!!I may have to switch carriers if I keep getting charge like this..HELP!!!

If you are serious about filing a lawsuit against Flycell, there are plenty of resources online to help you with that. Try doing a search on Google for: "how to sue" - you should be able to find the information you are looking for. Also, there has been a similar case against another mobile entertainment company called "Jamster" you can look up for reference (try a Google search for "jamster petition" or "jamster lawsuit"). Good luck!

How to cancel Flycell

#3Consumer Suggestion

Although instructions to cancel Flycell can be found on the faq portion of the website, it is clear that following the instructions does not guarantee cancellation. Some of the Rip-off reports on Flycell have suggestions as to how to speak to an actual representative and set up a block on the subscription (through your cell phone service), which seems to have worked for some folks:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q5=flycell&submit2=Search%21&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0

According to some of the reports, the number to call is: 212-400-1212 ext. 422 (but again, no guarantees you'll be able to get a hold of a representative).

Hope this helps. And good luck with stopping Flycell!
