For anyone who is having difficulty contacting Flycell about any customer relations problems, including refunds, here is Flycell's physical address which by the way, is not posted on their website:

Flycell, Inc.
120 Broadway, 15th Floor
New York, NY 10271

I hope this information is helpful to others who have had - or ARE having problems with this company.

I went to Flycell's website a few months ago, and all I wanted to do was look at what ringers were available. But before I could enter into the website, they make you fill in your phone number. Now who would think that just because I gave them my phone number that all the sudden I would start getting billed for ringers that I never ordered? And all the endless text messages that I had to pay for because I don't subscribe to text messaging! Aaaaugh! (thanks Flycell!) I tried stopping those text messages, but they kept coming, so I had to call my cell phone carrier and place a block on my phone so the text messages would cease. When I received my cell phone bill, I was shocked that I was billed almost $30 for just looking at Flycell's website! So I called my cell phone company and they would not do anything to help me get my money back because Flycell is considered "third-party billing", they told me....so I was stuck with all these charges ($30 plus all the text messages) that I never wanted.

If I had known I would have been charged just to look at someone's website, I would never have given them my phone number.

And for all the smart allecs out there who are going to make condescending comments to me, please keep your comments to yourself (FYI).

Flycell coveniently has loopholes to legally steal money from people. Then when you try to call their customer service (800) number, nobody answers the phone. IF you are lucky enough to get through to someone, they make promises to give dissatisfied customers money back, then don't do it. You wait and wait month after month for your refund, and they don't issue credit back to your cell phone bill. They really make it very difficult and a huge hassle to get money back due to their lack of promptness, and not being able to easily contact a person through their customer service's 800# which says to me that customers are not important to them, and they don't care.

So I learned my lesson: never give your phone number out to cell phone websites. I wish people were more trustworthy, but sadly to say that these days, it seems that most people are very dishonest, self-centered and very selfish and don't care about anybody else but themselves.
