We discovered charges on our cell phone @1.50 each. After calling carrier and being informed it was a subscription service, I reviewed the inbox of text messages and did internet search. Finally located the company FlyCell, Inc. After several attempts of sending text replies to "stop joke", "stop grin" "stop" "quit" and "end". I finally did a reverse search on the company and other searches and reading, located a phone number(s). I tried the 800# first but it just a looping recording of press number for this and number for that. I then tried the long distance number and started punching in 3 digit extensions, and got a REAL person - I demanded that they stop the service immediately (messages were coming every 3 minutes) - received a confirmation text message that I was no longer subscribed, and now for the last 4 hours have received nothing. I plan to take the previous month bill, and current month bill once printed, will type up a "demand for reimbursement" letter, send certified return receipt, and will continue to hound them the cheapest way possible until they send me a check. We have no idea how they ended up with our cell phone number as we don't use our phone for anything but calls. Very frustrating that consumers can be taken advantage of in such a manner and have no means of recourse....(((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
