Complaint Review: Flycell

flycell.com is a texting company based out of new york city. they are only out to rip off the consumer like you and me. you don't even have to be a member or anything. all someone has to do is put in your cell phone number, and right away the money immediately gets sucked right out of your account. this company "assumes" that you have purchased text services when you did'nt. if this company had "any common sense" which nobody at this company does. they would call the customer and verify the "purchase" and they have NO live operators to assist you with any problems and they DON'T return your calls! all they have is an answering machine for you to leave a message. talk about cheaper labor. this company should be investigated by the better business bureau or the federal trade commission. this just proves that flycell.com is a scamming company to rip off the innocent bystander
