Flying H has placed a false accident on my DAC report when he learn that I was in orientation with another company. I have not had an accident nor incident with this company ever.  This was a big mistake working for this company, falsifying logs, driving pass the DOT hours, not taking a full 10 hour break are a requirements for being employed there. Which we were bumping head about that, I told him that I would not mess up my CDL driving over hours. It took almost a month to get a paycheck.  Last paycheck was $439.00 for last 3 weeks of working. He gets you to sign a contract that he will take $400.00 out of your pay if you leave without notice, so I never suspect that he would make up lies to another company to try and stop future employment. I wish I would have research this company before I started working there. Mitch Henderson says he is an ex-judge that thinks he can do what he pleases.  I am currently trying to get him to remove the false accident off my DAC or I will have to seek an attorney, this man needs to know that it is not right to misuse his authority. He is also told the recruiter that I had 4 accident within a 2month period of while employed with Flying H, I have no write ups or drug test that companys usually require from a driver that has one accident, and surely if I had 4, you think I would have a least been wrote up.  BAD PLACE TO WORK, even if you are desparate for employment, in your best interest look somewhere else.
