Complaint Review: Flying Thingz

Flying Thingz - Owner- Tony Diaz He failed to deliver advertised items that I paid for via Pay Pal. He correspondended with me via e-mail saying my Sky Cutter was up next, but then never delivered. Then failed to respond to my phone calls or e-mails regarding my purchased item. He kept me on the hook past 45 days so Pay Pal cannot intervene, and Mastercard says I have to find the e-mail from September 2013 where he states my item is coming.....mmm when? And 180 bucks later....I did not get my item. A**!!! Unknown - he was on a news special on TV ? Internet

After seeing Tony Diaz, owner of Flying Thingz on a news program back in July 2013 I ordered a Flying Sky Cutter via his website using Pay Pal to pay for the item.  As I did not receive the item I followed up via e-mail via his site contact information, he replied stating his appologies and he has been busy and my sky cutter was coming.  As I really wanted the item I waited in good faith.  It is now December 2013, he has not replied to my last several e-mail.....I'm out 180 bucks and because I was con'd into waiting for the item..makes it difficult to get the money back.  What is wrong with people!
