Same story as the others. I placed an order for a Casio EX-Z750 camera via their website. Later that day I received an email telling me to "call to verify" the order. When I called, I was subjected to a hire pressure sales pitch to purchase an extra battery, memory, and warranty. When I said I wanted ONLY the camera, the person ("Tom") hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. The next time I called, a person spoke with me a moment and then told me that the camera was suddenly "backordered".

Classic bait-and-switch. They will not sell you the camera at the advertised price unless you buy all of their high priced extras. And even then, I wonder if the camera would ever arrive... I suspect that they might just charge you for the warranty and leave the order on "back order", and then force you to go to your credit card company to get a refund.

In any case, NEVER do business with this company or its related companies that operate with the exact same business model.

I will definitely testify when the Attorney General of New York throws the book at them (I can not independently verify that they are based in Brooklyn, but that seems to be the concensus on the internet).
