Complaint Review: FM Sales

FM Sales ripoff sold us CoralDraw9 full version, only received OEM version, sent back states did not received it. tracking # states they did. have not rembursed us. consumer fraud ripoff Gardena California .....

I bought a Coral Draw9 full version, off of ebay, When I received the product, it was a single CD. It was labled as the OEM version. This is what I did not bid on. The OEM version, you have to have the equipment to run it. This was not on the ebay site when I bidded on it. I though I was getting what I bidded on. A Full version, Books, CD's and manuals. I emailed the company, for a month. They did not respond. Finaly they responded, telling me to send back the CD.

I sent the CD back, in the orginal box, a month went by, still no refund. I email FM Sales, they state they did not recive my CD. I found the tracking number, and they did receive my CD, the next day, at 3:03 PM. I have email FM Sales two times since then, They have not returned my emails, nor my money. I am hoping this will help.
