Complaint Review: FMW Laboratories

Dec. 08 I ordered online the acai berry and cleanse free trial offer ! I paid for shipping 3.95.

January 09, my checking account was charged 87.13 2 x's for both products . At this time I still havent received the so called free products.

I immd. called the company and complained and told them this is fraud I told them to credit my account cancel my order. My checking account at this time was credited. I called my bank and they said they would redflag this company.

Feb. they shipped me another bottle of the cleanse. I called and they said it was their mistake and assured me I wouldnt be charged and my account was cancelled.

I have been charged 87.13 Feb. March, April and now May. I have contacted my bank and paper work is being sent to me.

I have contacted this company and they say I only cancelled one account not both. which is a lie. wont let me speak to any managers wont give me any address . wont let me speak to billing.

This is Fraud . I trusted what they originally told me. My husband does the checking . And Im mad as he**!
