I purchased one of their ....supposedly....Factory Reconditioned, gas powered pressure washers with a Honda engine and a 90 day warranty from Rural King on 6-15-13. The label on the carton says "Do not return to place of purchase, for warrnty issues contact the manufacturer directly". The first time that I used it, gas was pouring out of the carburetor like crazy. I called the "800" number listed in the owners manual and they had me take it to one of their "authorized" repair centers.

Three weeks later the repair center called and said that the unit was ready. The carburetor was full of rust and they had to replace it. I had to pay them $67.08 for the repairs and they said to contact Powerwasher for reimbursement.

Powerwasher is now giving me the "run around"saying engine warranties are handled by Honda. Honda says that Powerwasher is responsible for the entire unit.

I now have over $300 invested in this "used" pressure washer. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these shysters..... FNA Group / Powerwasher / Simpson Cleaning.
