Complaint Review: FNT

I want to thank those who filed ripoff reports before-you saved me, others may not be so lucky. I was greated at the door this afternoon by a young lady selling subscriptions to magazines. She was trying to win a trip to Europe. I agreed to buy a magazine subscription.

After she left I had a funny feeling about the transaction-the prices were just too good, so I went online to find the website she had given me. Suprise-no such websit, so I googled them and found many complaints about them.

Being furious that I had been scammed, I jumped into my car and went to get my money back. Luckily, I found, just in time-she was waiting for her ride to pick her up, and informed her that I knew she was a scam and demanded back my money. She would not give me back my ticket stubs, which had my drivers license # on it but I will change that. I also happened to come upon another "salesman" working a little old lady over-I felt the need to inform her of the scam. Needless to say-the "salesman" was not pleased!

Hopefully others will learn from this unfortunate situation. It is sad that we live in a world where people prey on the kindness of others.
