I ordered a Tablet from Focal price for my granddaughters birthday, when it arrived i charged it up as per instructions, it was quite difficult to switch on and when we eventually did get it to switch on ,the camera did not work , then it kept switching back to the home page every few seconds ,in the end it just died.This happended all in the space of a few hours, i contacted the company , who instructed me to fill in a " RMA " ,i did this and sent it off, after a few day i contacted them again only to be told to fill in another "RMA ",so i filled that in only to get an immediate reply say that this RMA was open ,so i left another message ,and youhave guessed it , yes i was told to fill in another " RMA "., i then sent a message asking for a full refund as i had already bought another more expensive tablet for her birthday.since then i have sent many many messages to different departments asking for help only to be given the same answer ..............RMA !!! They have all my details , the order number ,the RMA number , what more can they possibly need ? they claim to have "Proffesional " helpful staff , well they dont , they are nothing more than con artists and thieves.Avoid this company at all costs, i have now written this money off and put it down to a bad experience.  Please be warned . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
