July 20th i orders 6 items. At that time i only received a payment order confirmation. The processing of shipping update never happened. Aug 19th I'm still going back and forth about my refund. Prior to them telling me i would only be able to get store credit i screenshot their return policy. Originally on the return policy it stated that return or exchange was possible within 30 days of purchase. Now after popular demand of consumers they decided to put the nonsense in writing. My order adult had not been processed so of course i haven't received it. So i want my money back. It's simple if you want to throw your money away for merchandise that may never come or come damaged then order focallure. But i worked too hard for my money to throw it away when there are plenty of other credible, communicating non fraudulent cosmetic lines out there.
