focalprice.com Li Peiliang didn't send order, ignores emails Internet

First, I received a coupon for $10 off an order at focalprice.com. They charged me the full amount, instead of the amount showed with the discount, and months later I haven't received the order. I keep emailing them, but they ignore my emails. They don't even bother to make an excuse. Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money. Now I'm filing a complaint with paypal to get the money back. Lucky I used paypal.
