Focalprice Major Internet Scam! Will steal your money! China Internet
I was shopping online looking for a gift for my best friend. I found a fun watch on Focalprice. com and ordered it thinking I was getting a great deal. Before I completed the order, I read all the guidelines and so on to make sure it would arrive before her birthday. On the shipping information it stated that for US oversea orders it would arrive in 10-13 business days. The time seemed perfect and so I decided to order it. It has been about a month and a half and my poor friend has yet to receive her gift. I have been writting messages back and forth with their, "customer service" and it's a different name each time. Vincent.Xue, huimin.lu and Yao.Sun. They tell me that if it hasn't arrived by this date that they will refund my entire order. I asked them to refund me and they said again that if it didn't arrive by this other date that they will refund my order. I am yet to receive my refund or my friend receive her order. Not to mention that the messages themselves sound a bit sketchy. I would believe all the reviews read on this website and stay as far away as you can from this company. If their prices look too good to be true, it's because they are!
