What is hood rat? Are you saying something racist regarding the person you spoke to on the phone? Is it the fact that we are in Brooklyn, NY? I have personally listened to this recorded conversation. In no way did the customer service representative speak in a condescending manner to the customer who compared a Ferrari to a $ 7.00 tripod.
Focus Camera offer a refund to the customer, with an additional gift card. We have even offered to send a better tripod then what he ordered. These offers were denied.
Too bad mouth us with racist comments is just not fair play.
