Complaint Review: Focus Camera

If I could I would give Focus a negative star - Be aware - Do not order from them!!

I ordered a Sony Cyber-Shot camera kit online with addition accessories and their website specified to be received within 2 days.

I called the following day to confirm the order and its delivery date; they assured me, both verbally and in an email confirmation. The next day I still had not received a tracking shipping number, and called again. They reassured me (both verbally and in an email) that it will be shipped that day and arrive on time.

Later that evening, I received an email declaring that the camera and kit are not in stock and if I wanted to cancel or wait.  After 3 days of correspondence, and day 4 I still have not received my credit.

They sell items with a guarantee in which they do not have and who knows when they will deliver the merchandise.  Select a different vendor
