I had $2600 worth of windows replaced in my home and they leaked after 2 weeks. After they were replaced, in 4 months they all became foggy and started leaking again. There was suppose to be a 10 year warranty. I called Mark Hernandez from a non-disclosed phone number and he finally came back to my home and inspected the windows then told me he woudl change them out. We have made over 100 phone calls and they have canceled more than 20 appointments and now for the last 6 months they refuse to answer any phone calls. He is a liar and should not be trusted. On November 7, 2009, Mark Hernandez with Brite Industries, phone numbers (972) 436-6688 Dallas, (817) 652-5944 (Fort Worth, (512) 834-3600 Austin provided me with a cost estimate to replace our foggy windows in our home at a cost of $2,658.62 with a 10 year warranty.
After 4-6 months the windows started leaking water and air and had to be replaced. After another 6 months all of the windows started fogging back over. We made over 50 attempts to contact Mark Hernandez and his phones were all cut off or changed He continued to have his phones turn on and off with teh main number being (214) 475-3233. We ended up calling Mark hernandez on an un-known phon number that he would not recognize and gave him an address across the street from our house so when he showed up we took him back into our house to show him what the problem was and to make him honor his 10 year warranty. He wrote up another cost estimate and said "look we will honor that warranty and here is the paperwork to support it". We scheduled an appointment with him after the windows showed up and then he had his secretary Vanessa call from here number of (469) 777-1708 fo which has now changed or is disconnected as well. She began telling us the windows ordered were the incorrect size and they had to be re-ordered. After 3-4 more weeks, they finally come in and then the reason they could not install is due to excess rains. We have had over 100 phone calls and well over 150 txt messages to Vanessa and they always had a different excuse why they could not meet or make the appointmens. finally after 6 months they would not even answer their phones.
They are all very unprofessional and such a rip-off artist. i did track down that they don't even have any physical address but get their mail from a mass mail box place in Irving. I waited at thier PO Box several occasions and never did see them or find them
We still have not had our windows replaced and can't get in touch with them.
