Complaint Review: Foil Moving Services Az. Discount Movers

On June 19, 2008 the two movers and truck arrived to pack up my things that I just received from a man that had just died. I had taken pictures of everything that I was given for my memories and book I am putting together.

They were doing a good job but I am missing a brass lamp that I dearly loved and it is now missing. They said everything was out of the truck and the other man was standing in the truck, I guess to shield it so I wouldn't see it.

I called the movers office when I was noticing that the lamp was not here. I called and Larry, the owner said, he would call the driver Ronny and call me back. TO this day, 6-28-2008 I have had no phone call and no lamp was returned to me.

This is a brass floor lamp ! I explained that I wanted it back. NO CALLS !

So, now I have written them a formal letter with a picture that I had taken of the brass floor lamp and sent it with the letter and also the complaint of another consumer about this company. Also, sent the BBB report with the letter so they can see this isn't the first time they have ripped off someone.

I want my lamp, is that too much to ask.
