Tried doing business with this company and got a fellow who refers to himself as Dr. Diesel(right there you know this guy has quite the opinion of himself and the rest of us are jerks). As far as customer service goes. this guy was unclear about the purchasing process and has a short fuse when you tell him you don't understand what he is describing. Must be a family member because anyone else wouldn't last long in this position having public interface. You have to be desparate to deal with this company if this guy is the interface. Was ready to plunk down $4000 except for this guy.
