My name is Wendell - Owner of Catfish Supply Co. , It is with heavy heart that I emailing you . Some of you have been emailing back and forth with me over the past week or so , some of you have not heard from me at all . It is for the benefit of the 2nd group that I am writing this email .

If you by chance have receieved your phone in working order or your refund as requested . I am glad you are taken care of and it is a relief that you are satisfied .

You see several months ago we were approached by a cell phone company (Phone replace or Fone Replace) . They wanted us to see cell phones for them on ebay . The two gentleman Eric (majority Owner) and Jeremy (Minority) owner met with us and after some research on my behalf , we decided to go ahead with the plan . For several months things went fine , with very few problems . They collected the payments - Sent the phones and paid me for my ebay fees and time .. Over labor day weekend things started to back up . Items were not shipped as promised and about a week later - Things got so bad we pulled our ebay auctions . Phone replace gave us several reasons this was happening , all of them led us to believe packages were being shipped -- However they all turned out to be untrue . They were telling customers that packages were damaged and being resent - None of which was true . We had set up a 1-800 # when we first started this to get the cell phone questions to them , I even set them up an email addres to answer ebay questions - phones@catfishsupply.net - If you have recieved emails from this email -- It is Fone Replace - I will keep this open until we get everyones order cleared up .

I finally discovered the reason items were not being shipped was due to colors not being available -- This was very frustrating because I think if some of you would have known , we could have addressed the issue then and you would know what was going on , however we/you were told fibs and conveniently the phone was not working at their location (Kinda Ironic I think) . The owner of the company stopped answering my phone calls and yesterday after having to make some threats - He finally touched base with me . I had a list of people who wanted to change colors and another list of people who wanted refunds . This morning I wanted to follow up with them , only to find that the lists were not worked on . Frustrated again - I called , emailed , tecxted --- No one would answer me ... So I hopped in the truck and drove up there .. I found Jeremy and Brooke working on shipping some new colors they had gotten in .. I reserached what exactly was going on and I was surprised that at that point they were very helpful -- I think we got the phone fixed while they were there and the refunds for that day were processed ..

Going forward -- If you have not receieved your phone yet -- Please check your tracking # to see if it was picked up .. The following colors all should have been shipped as of today ....Black , Satin Pink , Mageanta Pink and Silver .. Monday Blue is supposed to be in and should be shipped . Any other color has no ETA at the time being . I can request a refund or get your color changed - The colors that are available that I know are : Black , A Few Pink and Mageanta - Monday there should be some blues .. If you would like to change your color to one of those I can get it done for you .

Furthermore on a personal note - We have worked for years and years to establish fantastic feedback on ebay and in a matter of a couple of weeks it has been destoyed . If you have left us a negative feedback - I ask you to condsider removing it after we get this resolved for you - We depend on ebay to make a living and I believe feedback is very important - Please know that we will never get ourselves in a similiar situation again - we have learned our lesson and I am working very hard to rectify the situation for our customers . If you are condsidering leaving negative feedback - Please allow us some time to fix these issues - We realise you looked at this as purchasing a phone from us and not a 3rd party and we take full responsability to work with that third party until your issues are resolved .. Anyone who can feel good about leaving positive feedback - We certainly appreciate that - We have fantastic feedback on our fishing , Karaoke and Heating Goods - We ship all those items from here and try to do our best to get them out the door quick ..
After we get these issues resolved - Please feel free to email me if you want a special deal on any of our regular items as we would like to show you how we really treat our customers .
In closing - I sincerely apologize that this happened , we really thought we did our homework and it just proves what my wife says - I am not laways as smart as I think I am ..

i had a black razr i wanted gold so i bid on a gold phone and won the auction. i would not have spent that much $92 on a black which i already had.
they had my money and i had to take any color.they only had black



i have much more correspondence with them
