My total bill for this product was supposed to be $187.86 (grant total). However as of this date I have been charged $305.05 and there are additional fees to be withdrawn from my credit card.The online 14 day trial is a complete RIP OFF. You will be overcharged for this feature. If you try to cancel a few days after the renewal you will still be billed for the service with no chance of a refund or credit to your account.

I asked if I could possibly speak to a manager or supervisor regarding my account and I was told "There are no managers or supersors". When I questioned that anwser I was told "the call cannot be transferred to a manager becuase the phones didn't have that feature". If I had any thought of possibly using the online services in the furture; this experience has definetly deterred me from ever doing so.

Overall, it's just very bad customer service. And you will pay for more than you require.
