I placed an order online for this product, I was told that I would have 14 days free trial of the their online program, I had not used the 14 days and they charged my card and additional $64.97 for the membership fee that I did not order or request. When I called to find out why this was done, they cancelled the membership but refused to refund my money, only offering to waive two months of payments.
