Food Lovers Online CHARGED ME WAY MORE THAN I WAS TOLD!!! Encino California
I recevtly ordered the Food Lovers Online diet plan that I saw on TV. Advertised for $19.99 per month for 6 months. WHen I got to the review order page I noticed it checked boxes for items I did not order so I went back and fixed it. I received the package at the end of August. I tried it and it did not work. I was going to try it a little longer until I looked at my Discover card and realized they had a number of charges on my card for over $159's!!!! It was supposed to be $19.99 per month for 6 months. I did a dispute through my Discover Card because I was worried how many more times they woudl charge it. I then sent them an email in regards to the charges and this is what they replied with:
Dear Amy,
Since a dispute has been opened regarding this account any information/updates will be communicated through Discover. Please contact them for any questions you have regarding this matter.

**** I would think that a good business would want to help me remedy this as fast as possible and not pawn it off on my credit card company.
THat is just one charge!!! And it's ONLY supposed to be $19.99 per month!!
