Complaint Review: Food Lovers Weight Loss Online

 I had a free 3 week trial offer, so I went on their site to try it. After doing the create your own menu, I realized this was not for me. I called to cancel the same day, and the rep. sure did her job, she talked me into trying it more and then make the decesion to cancel

I tried to cancel within the 3 week time, but since I work 10-6 eastern time and they are pacific time, I could only call before or after work and when I tried to call doing their business time, I kept receiving the message that I have called either after hours or they are at a brief meeting.

Finally got someone on line and she told me it was too late, that I was being billed for 3 months, I told her to cancel and refund my money but Rebecca refused and when I said then just charge me for the week $4.99 which it does say that is the weekly charge, she said NO REFUNDS. 

I asked for a supervisor and she refused, called back and the same thing, would not pass me to a supervisor.

DO NOT be fooled by this company, charging for 3 months ahead for something not used. Will be disputing thiks charge with my Visa company and reporting to Better Business and Attorney General
